ALL POTENTIAL BIDDERS MUST CURRENTLY MAINTAIN OFFICE SPACE LOCATED WITHIN 50 MILES OF NORFOLK VIRGINIA ZIP CODE OF 23551. TECHNICAL POINT OF CONTACT: BUC A Bowen at Tel: 757-445-3353 Office Furnishings Design, Installation and Storage: Scope of Work SACLANT Headquarters is a GF Office Furniture Ltd., Government End User and Dealer. The services required are to provide SACLANT Headquarters with approved furnishings, design, layout, drawings, order list, ordering, tracking, receiving, and inventorying, storage, installation and disassembly and re-assembly of GF Office Furniture, non-GF Office Furniture and existing furnishings. This will also include the new NH-31 Expansion and Renovation Project in which the contractor will be responsible for all services required to provide HQ SACLANT with approved furnishings, design and redesign as needed, layout, drawings, order list, ordering, tracking, receiving, inventorying, storage, installation and disassembly and re-assembly of prescribed office furnishings and existing office furnishing. All furnishings for the NH-31 Expansion and Renovation Project will be in accordance with designs and locations created by Clark-Nexsen Architecture and Engineering, but HQ SACLANT maintains the right to make changes as needed due to on going changes in NATO. Contractor must be an approved contractor of GF Office Furniture Ltd. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: 1 JULY 2003 - 31 DEC 2005 (INCLUDES INITIAL SIX MONTH CONTRACT PERIOD, WITH 2 ONE-YEAR RENEWABLE OPTIONS)
