- Description
- The work consists of paving existing roadway and parking area. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed twenty percent (20%) of the total contract price. Project site is located at the Travis Tyrrell Seed Orchard, Eugene District, Oregon. Project price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Estimated start work is June 1, 2003 and performance time is 30 calendar days. Bonds are required - Bid Bond: None; Performance Bond: 20%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
