- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and quotes are being requested. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions, and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-09. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The associated NAICS code is 337110 and small business size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide cabinets and countertops in accordance with description. Please call for list of description. No substitutions. Cabinets and countertops shall be delivered FOB Destination 60 days ARO to the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Tuba City Boarding School, 306 Main Street, Bldg 10, Tuba City, AZ 86045. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial, and the clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and ConditionsCommercial Items, apply to this acquisition. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive OrdersCommercial Items, applies to this acquisition and the following additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable: (5) 52.219-8, (12) 52.222-26, (13) 52.222-35, (14) 52.222-36, (17) 52.225-1, (20) 52.225-13, and (24) 52.232-34. Offerors shall submit a completed copy of the provision of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and CertificationsCommercial Items, with its offer. Evaluation procedures: The Government shall award an Order for Commercial Items resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price considered.
