- NA The Army requires a firm-fixed price contract to CONSTRUCT A RANGE MAINTENANCE TARGET STORAGE BUILDING, AT FORT STEWART GEORGIA. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to, the following: site work, to include excavation, grading, paving, a nd grassing; construct pre-engineered metal building: interior partitions, and finishes; Plumbing; HVAC; Fire Protection: and Electrical. Performance is expected to be completed within 270 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. A bid guarantee will be required. A site visit will be scheduled and set forth in the solicitation. Interested parties are highly encouraged to attend the site visit. This requirement is se t-aside for certified HUBZone firms. The SIC is 1542; the NAICS is 236220. The small business size standard for this NAICS is $28.5M. Bid opening time and date will be established and placed on the solicitation at time of issue. Paper copies of this so licitation will not be available.
