- NA Purchase of Commercial Items, Various Sizes of Non-rechargeable and Rechargeable Batteries. This is a firm fixed-price, requirement type contract. This procurement will consist of a Base Period, 1 May 2003 through 31 Oct 2003, with a six month option per iod. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. Concern means any business entity organized for profit with a place of business located in the United States, including but not limited to: an individual, partnership, corpor ation, joint venture, association, or cooperative. The size standard for any concern, including its affiliates with an average annual sales or receipts for it preceding three fiscal years shall not be more than 1000 employees. NAICS: 335912, FSC 6135 & 6140. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be accepted.
