Description: This is a small business set-aside. Services, non personal: Contractor to furnish all labor, tools, parts, materials, facilities, transportation, and supervision necessary to provide: 21,356 SF of SOD for military family housing. Contractor will till and grade exposed surface to make ready for placement of new SOD (provided by contractor). Install SOD as indicated by the housing office via list, diagrams, and map (provided by government upon request). Contractor will be required to give occupants a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to entering premises for making, prepping, or laying of SOD. Wage Determination will be attached.
