- Description
- The Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 21 is soliciting proposals to provide Pharmacy Service for the Santa Rosa Outpatient Clinic. These services will be provided for the San Francisco VA Medical, for the Santa Rosa Outpatient Clinic. Mail proposals to Lupe Arroyo, Contracting Officer, VA Palo Alto Health Care System, 3801 Miranda Avenue 90/CCA, Bldg. 6, Room C-136, Palo Alto, CA 94304. All proposals must be received in the issuing office no later than April 28, 2003. No telephonic request will be accepted. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted in writing to fax number 650-849-0332, no later than April 23, 2003 with NO EXCEPTIONS.
