- Description
- Contractor to provide twenty-four hour ambulance services needed for beneficiaries of the Department of Veterans Affairs for VISN 21 to include the following facilities: VAMC San Francisco, VA Northern California Health Care System, VA Palo Alto Health Care System and VA Medical and Regional Office Center Honolulu. The Contractor shall provide Basic Life Support, Advance Life Support and 911 services. The contract will be for a base year and four option years. This is a unrestrictive commercial procurement, although preference will be given to small businesses. NAICS Code: 621910. The following clauses and provisions apply: 52.212-1 Instructions, 52.212-2 Evaluations, 52.212-3 Representations and Certfications, 52.212-4 Terms and Conditions and 52.212-5 Terms and Conditions to Implement Statutes and Executive Orders. The solicitation will be available o/a 04/21/03 and must be downloaded at http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/WebObjects/BosPublic.woa No telephone calls or e-mail shall be excepted for solicitation documents. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING and may be sent by email or faxed to 415/750-2170. No web-based offers will be accepted.
