- Description
- The Bureau of the Census intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order, utilizing simplified acquisition procedures (under FAR 13.5) to Alvis Pauga for CONTINUED assistance to the Automated Export System Branch in marketing research, analysis and planning and conducting workshops. The contractor will work with Customs and Census employees to implement the marketing plan through a cooperative effort. Period of performance will be through March 31, 2004. The intent of this synopsis is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive bids; no solicitation will be issued.
