Description

RFQ R9-ORB-3-4049 Contract requires providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, etc. to construct a portal sign base and install the government furnished signs upon it at the Midewin National Tallgrass Prairie, Wilmington, IL. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This project is hereby being offered on an unrestricted basis in accordance with FAR Part 19.10. All quotations should be received in the issuing office no later than the close of business, May 15, 2003. Mail quotations to: USDA Forest Service, Eastern Region, 310 W.
