- The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center has a requirement for the following books: 5,000 each of JANES CHEM/BIO HANDBOOK/SPIRAL BOUND. The author is Fraderick R. Sidell, ISBN: 0710625685. Estimated delivery date shall be on the quote. Delivery to Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, Shipping and Receiving, Building 2400 Glynco, GA 31524. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. No solicitation will be issued. FAR clauses 42.212-4 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition. The following clauses in 52.212-5 are checked: 52.219-8, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.225-16, 52.222-41, 52.222-42.
