- Dear Potential Offerors, The purpose of this amendment is to disseminate to all potential offerors the minutes of the pre-proposal conference held on April 9, 2002 in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. The first attachment (A) contains the "opening remarks" of the Mission Director for USAID/Mongolia and the second attachment (B) contains the "Questions and Answer" portion of the conference. Kindly download the documents entitled "MNG RFP Briefing of April 9.doc" and "MNG RFPconf.doc". Pursuant to FAR 52.215-1, Instruction to Offerors - Comptetitive Acquistion, offerors shall acknowledge receipt of this amendement to this solicitation by sending an e-mail to Ester Pura.
