- Jacket 547-199. RA/USAR Q2 '03 HSSR '04 and HCM HSJR DM (SOD 03-664). Self-mailers, 7 versions, printing in 4-color process plus spot gloss varnish both sides. Personalization same side but runs in different directions. Personalization must be directly imaged - no labels. Size 34.5 x 8.5" roll and double gate folded to 5.875 x 8.5". Stock is No. 2, 80 lb. white dull coated cover, equal to JCP L62 except minimum caliper .007". Various perforations and scores required. Remoistenable glue strip required. Quality level II. Offset printing required. Offset printing cannot be subcontracted. Bidder must be the offset printer. Mail/ship 1,965,589 on May 7, 2003 and mail/ship 50,640 on May 21, 2003.
