- NOTICE U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE WAREHOUSE SPACE IN LINCOLN, NE AMOUNT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking to lease approximately 63,000 rentable square feet of warehouse space. The Rentable space must yield approximately 60,000 BOMA Usable square feet (USF) of space, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Warehouse space must have a minimum of 18? high ceilings. At least 40,000 USF be climate controlled, capable of maintaining 70? and 50% humidity, 24/7. At least 2 docks with dock levelers are required as well as parking for 2 semi-tractor trailers and 14 parking spaces for employees available within 3 blocks. LOCATION: Space must be located within the city limits of Lincoln, NE. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as a part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space is required by May 1, 2003. Lease term will be for 5 years, with the Government having termination privileges upon 30 days? notice. OWNERS & AGENTS: This is an inquiry for available space and not an invitation to bid.
