Description
Potential Sources Sought. This is not a request for quote or offer and constitutes only a sources sought for the HQ21 CAA Attachment C draft requirement for A-V equipment and installation in the new PACOM HQ21 at Camp Smith, Hawaii. SPAWAR HQ is seeking small business (SB) firms with current relevant equipment, knowledge, experience and capablility to perform a commercial contract for the Attachment C requirements. Due to budgetary constraints the entire requirement must be met within the government estimate of $6M. Attachment C consists of the Statement of Work (SOW), a list of equipment to be provided, the A-V control system description, and a reference to IDP drawings, which will be provided upon request by the Project Manager, Mr. Justin Lee at (808)477-8029, juslee@spawar.navy.mil. Interested SB firms are invited to submit their expressions of interest, in writing, within fifteen (15) days of the date of this announcement, NLT 2:00pm local time. Interested SB firms should provide/include business size, a statement of capabilities, including inventory and installation personnel, a statement as to whether the entire requirement can be met within the $6M budget, if not an indication of whether a specific portion of the requirement can be more advantageously broken out for set-aside to assist us in meeting our budget constraints; and a point of contact by name, email address, and phone number. The response is not to exceed eight (8) pages and is to be sent to Ms. Kim DeBois Sousa, Code 02-22X, email address kimerly.debois-sousa@navy.mil. If insufficient SB firms indicate interest and/or demonstrate capability to meet the Navy's need within the Cost as an Independant Variable (CAIV) budget restraints, the Navy may procure the supplies and services through unrestricted full and open competition.
