- Lightning Detection Systems to be installed at two locations, (Norfolk, Va. and Virginia Beach, va) in accordance with specifications to be be provided. Complete RFQ (N00189-03-T-0397) package available upon request via e-mail to millerdd@nwsy.navy.mil. When requesting a copy of RFQ N00189-03-T-0397, contractor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency-Failure to do so will be grounds for refusing the request. This procurement will be accomplished through commercial item procedures.
