Description

NA The U.S Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Sevenson Environmental Services, Incorporated, 2749 Lockport Road, Niagara Falls, New York, 14302 for pre-construction services necessary for the Ground water Extraction and Collection System at the DeRewal Superfund Site, Frenchtown, New Jersey. This notice is NOT a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract award will be made on the basis of this notice. This notice does not constitute a solicitat ion document. Requests for such documents will not be considered. However, all information received within five (5) calendar days after date of publication of this notice will be considered SOLEY for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a compet itive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not pay for information received. All work shall b e completed by June 20, 2003. The NAICS code is 562910 with a size standard of $6.0 M.
