- NA The U.S. Army CECOM Acquisition Center Washington and the Project Manager for Close Combat Systems (PM-CCS) are hosting a Pre-Solicitation conference for the acquisition of the Ground Standoff Mine Detection Future Combat Systems (GSTAMIDS FCS) SDD Program . The purpose of the conference is to provide an overarching programmatic review of the GSTAMIDS FCS program in advance of the release of draft solicitation documentation and a formal request for proposals for the GSTAMIDS FCS. A draft Statement of Work and Performance Specification is expected to be ready for release on or about 16 May 2003 and the final RFP is expected to be released on or about 16 June 2003. The conference is scheduled for 1000 - 1430 hours, 30 April 2003, at Fort Belvoir Community Clu b, Building 1200 adjacent to Pence Gate on Fort Belvoir, VA. Access to FT Belvoir is restricted. Any vehicle that is not registered with a DoD decal must enter through Tulley Gate. In order to get on post and register a vehicle you must present a curren t driver's license, and rental agreement or vehicle registration.
