- Description
- The US Department of Energy intends to award a sole source contract to Dialog Corporation, 1560 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 500, Arlington, Virginia 22209, for commercial timesharing services. This contract will provide access, with a powerful search capability to over 280 databases, covering virtually every subject area. The proposed contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This is a notice of intent and not a request for competitive proposals. Interested parties that feel they can provide these seervices may respond by submitting their capability statement, including prices, to the address in this notice. All submissions must be received within forty five (45) days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely the discretion of the Government. See Note 22
