Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and 4 option years. Unrestricted. Other than full and open competition. Estimated annual quantity is 396 EA with a guaranteed annual minimum of 66 EA. Surge is applicable and will be explained in solicitation. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. Critical application item. QAP-B02 is applicable. Delivery 96 DARO. Deliveries anticipated to East (50%) and West (50%) coasts. AVBS applies. Therefore, final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is anticipated to be May 5, 2003. Estimated maximum value of procurement: $111,375.00.
