- The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to add provisions for using the Red/Yellow/Green Program to evaluate past performance of offerors. The following clauses are hereby added to the solicitation: 5352.215-9017, NOTICE TO PROSPECTIVE SUPPLIERS (AFMC)(APR 2001; 5352.215-9018, ADDITIONAL EVALUATION FACTOR FOR CONSIDERATION OF PAST PERFORMANCE - RED-YELLOW-GREEN PROGRAM (AFMC)(APR 2001). These clauses are provided via attachment to the solicitation in full text. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (27-FEB-2003).
