Description

The United States Special Operations Command will host SOF WEEK/APBI, May 20-23, 2003 at a combination of the Tampa Convention Center and on MacDill AFB Florida. The following events have been changed or modified. Tuesday Social will now be held on MacDill AFB at the Officers Club. The Warrior BAll has been modified to now be the Award Dinner for the Bull Simon Award and will be held at the MacDill AFB Officer's Club Wednesday Evening. The Presidents/CEO briefing will be held at USSOCOM Headquarters, transportation will be provided from the Tampa Convention Center to MacDill AFB and return to the Convention Center. All other events to include golf tournaments, Exhibit Hall, and the Advanced Planning Briefing to Industry (APBI)will be held as origianlly planned. The APBI is an opportunity for industry business developers to learn first hand about the funded requirements of the Command. Registration material to attend the conference and to be an exhibitor can be found on our support contractor's web site at MeetingMattersPlus.com Please register early as the space for the Award Dinner is limited to 450 personnel. Please register now for all events. The decision has been made not to cancel this event due to world events but to reschedule some events onto the Air Force BAse. Please join us for the APBI and as many social events as you can.
