- This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. NASA/GRC intends to purchase the item from Porvair Fuel Cell technology. THIS IS A SOLE COURCE. The item need is based on a proprietary proces and is only available from Provair Fuel Cell. This notice is for information purposes only. NASA/GRC intends to purchase: Haynes 25 Ring ? Quantity 3 Each Specifications: Rings shall be fabricated from Haynes 25 alloy .028-.032" in thickness. Each ring shall consist of a 22" Outer diameter segment and a 21" Inner diameter segment. The approximate 1" gap between the ring segments shall be filled with sintered foam core of Haynes 25 alloy. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is Federal Axquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302.1 The provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 01-13. The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement are 42151 and 100 respectively. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9.
