- This is a notice of intent to procure construction and operation of a remedy at the NW Pipe and Casing/Hall site, located approximately 20 miles southeast of downtown Portland, OR. A pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on April 15. EPA desires to have construction completed by mid-Fall, 2003.
