- MCLB Albany intends to negotiate a sole source contract with the original equipment manufacturer, Lockheed Martin Corporation for following two components of the TPS 59 Radar System: Attenuator, Variable (12 each), NSN 5985-01-156-9096 and Amplifier (24 each), NSN 5895-01-155-2467. The Government does not have a suitable Technical Data Package for a competitive acquisition. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3679, size standard is 500 employees. A formal solicitation will not be issued and the solicitation number is for reference purposes only. Any responsible party may submit a proposal for this requirement, which may be considered by the agency. See Note 22.
