Description
The Navy has a requirement for test program set development, technical support, diagnostic and fault isolation, test fixture requirements/design and training. The contractor will be required to provide support of repair and maintenance of electronic modules and microcircuits that are required to be tested on various automated test equipment. The contractor will be required to provide test engineering and technical support in troubleshooting and diagnosing electronic modules and devices for the United States Navy as related to but not limited to the following automated Test Equipment: Teredyne (L357/L397/L260), LTX Circuit Card Tester, A-7 CAT III, Hi-Level Topaz V, HP82000 and associated test engineering/development systems. The contractor shall support these efforts using LASAR simulation software and will be required to develop stimulus and response vectors to a fault detectio n rating identified by the specific requirements as specified within each Task Order. The contractor will be required to provide training/technical support in the development and use of the test program sets. To accomplish these requirements, the contractor will be required to travel to Module Screening and Repair Activity facilities, which are located in the Continental United States and Outside Continental United States. The solicitation will include a Statement of Work, Contract Data Requirements Lists and a DD254. The successful offeror(s) must possess a Secret (or higher) Security Clearance. It is anticipated that the effort will be a Firm Fixed price Level of Effort, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite quantity contract. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 54133 and the size standard is $4MIL. All responsible small business sources may submit an offer that shall be considered by the agency. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database. The solicitation issue date is not established at this time.
