- Description
- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, supplies and equipment necessary to construct a complete functioning Field Office with all associated systems including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, plumbing, security, and telephone/data, as well as all floor, wall and ceiling finishes, fixtures and built in cabinets. Work also includes related outside spaces and covered areas, site development including but not limited to grading, surface drainage, paving, parking areas, lighting, landscaping, irrigation and signage, and site utilities. The project is located at the BLM Rawlins Field Office, Rawlins, Carbon County, Wyoming. Bonds will be required. This requirement is open to both large and small businesses under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The Government Estimate is between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00. The solicitation will be available on CD (Compact Disk) only. Contractors must request a copy of the CD in writing either by fax to 303/236-0590 or e-mail to Tracie_Richardson@blm.gov. Contractors will be required to print the bidding documents off of the CD for submission of their offer at the place designated for receipt of offers for a public bid opening. The solicitation documents will be posted on or about 4/28/03. Contractors are strongly encouraged to register or update their registration at the Central Contractor Registration website at www.ccr.gov. This registration is necessary to receive notification of amendments, contract award, and will facilitate payment.
