- Description
- The Government has a requirement to buy and install Gunlocke Office configurations for use in the Armaments Software Engineering Center (ASEC), Building 31 located at Picatinny Arsenal New Jersey. Three levels of office technologies are required: Level-one executive private offices with two (2) adjacent office assistants and level-two management private offices. The contract will also include (2) two large conference rooms, (2) two small conference rooms, (1) one casual ?Meet and Greet? conference room, and a Receptionist area in lobby. Alternate furniture systems shall be equal to or equivalent to the Gunlocke Company product lines. Level one and Level two furniture sets shall be contained in one solicitation. The Level 3 office configuration consists of combinations of typical two (2)-person office and four (4) person offices, and will be procured via another solicitation. Furniture Specifications/Typicals and building layout are included in the draft RFI DAAE30-03-Q-0238. Government does not presently intend to award a contract, but wants other market information, or capabilities for planning purposes. Responses to these notices are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The buying agency shall coordinate a Furniture Information Day to brief respondents concerning technical requirements and Facility Walk-Thru on 30APR03 10:00-12:00 AM. Companies may take measurements of the room, but no cameras are permitted. Point Of Contact is Mr. Aldo A.
