Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to the following: Construct a two story four-plex with a reinforced concrete foundation, wood framed structure, stucco and brick veneer exterior, and composition shingle roof on wood decking. Each unit shall consist of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and screened back porch. Includes utilities, parking, sidewalks, and landscaping. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,00 and $1,000,000.
