- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to accomplish the following work: Construct a new PIGOR optic facility at Patrick AFB, FL. Summary of Work is site preparation (fill grading and elevation), new utilities (water, sewer, electric and communication), construct a 2-story cast-in-place concrete structure with slab roof to support an optics array dome. Construct an external stairway to access all levels and handicap access ramp to the first floor. Install restroom, ADA compliant, on the first floor, HVAC system for the entire facility along with power, and lighting per the specs and drawings. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be available on or about 24 April 03. NOTE: The RFP issuance date is an estimate, not actual, and the actual date can be before or after the stated date. RFP will close on or about 24 May 03. Performance period is 240 calendar days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. This acquisition is Unrestricted IAW the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The RFP is available by electronic transmission only. Potential contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry to be eligible for award. (See Internet site: http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. Award of this contract will be make utilizing the Price-Performance Trade-Off (PPT) technique, where past performance and price will be evaluated to make award. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS code is 236220 size standard is $28.5 million.
