- Description
- The VA Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio is soliciting bids for the service to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and supervision to provide optional service to Cart Lift DW-1 Modified Operations for Dispatching from the first floor level, in accordance with the provided specifications. Must interface with the current equipment-The Peelle Co., Magicarry System, V.A. Container Lift D/W #1, Peelle Job. No. #88-2742. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 238990. Any questions must be in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer at the issueing office (listed above). No telephone inquiries can be accepted. Interested Contractors may request a hard copy of the solicitation by either mail or fax (937-262-5974); however, it must be on company letterhead and reference the solicitation number, a contact person, and a phone number. No telephone or e-mail requests for bid packages will be accepted. Solicitations will be available on or about April 14, 2003. Solicitation number RFQ552-04-03 must be on the outside envelope of all bids for identification purposes. All bids are due on or before April 28, 2003 at 4:30PM (close of business) Eastern Standard Time.
