Description: This project includes various tasks associated with the rehabilitation of a 2584 sq. ft. residence. General work to be accomplished includes demolition, replacement of the HVAC system, plumbing and electrical upgrades, siding, door and window repairs and/or replacements, removal and/or installation of wall and ceiling insulation, and exterior painting. In addition, the bathroom shall be remodeled to meet accessibility standards along with a new outdoor accessible ramp and parking stall. Estimated Price Range of Project: $100,000-$250,000. Estimated Date Solicitation will be Posted to Web: April 28,2003. Estimated Bid Closing date: May 27,2003.
