- Description
- Single award term contract for one year and up to four option years. Approximately 4 orders will be placed each year ranging from 50,000 to 70,000 copies and 80 to 100 pages (plus separate cover) each. Trim size is 8-3/8 x 10-3/4" and bleeds will be required. Covers 1 & 4 will print in 4-color process; Covers 2 & 3 and text will print in black only. A disk will be furnished and proofs will be required. Paper will be 70-lb. white No. 1 dull coated text and 80-lb. white No. 1 dull coated cover. Perfect binding will be required. Contractor must address and mail approximately 57,400 copies to 2,100 addresses (government will pay the postage) and deliver the balance at their expense to three destinations. REQUEST A BID PACKAGE ON FIRM'S LETTERHEAD FAXED TO 312-886-3163 (ONE BID PACKAGE PER REQUEST). BIDDERS MUST HAVE A COMPLETE BID PACKAGE BEFORE PLACING A QUOTATION.
