- Description
- The Department of the Treasury, Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD), is conducting a market research to determine whether there are sufficient HubZone contractors capable of providing the following described services under NAICS Code 541990, size standard is 6.0 mil. BPD intends to issue a commercial item solicitation for the services of a contractor to perform a review and analysis of The Bureau of the Public Debt?s Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP). The services include review and analysis of BPD?s Business Recovery Processes, review and recommendations in the areas of plan organization and structure, plan integration between organizations, people issues, protection and preservation of paper records, and outstanding audit findings. The contractor shall perform this review and analysis in accordance with all applicable Federal Statues, Executive Orders, Presidential Decision Directives, Federal Preparedness Circulars, Treasury Regulations, other related implementing guidance, generally accepted standards and the requirements listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). Affirmative responses must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. EST, April 22, 2003. Affirmative responses shall be accompanied by sufficient documentation to clearly show the ability to provide the required services. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading.
