- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) intends to procure a service Laser Contract for a Bostomatic 12G from Mikon Bostomatic Corporation. This procurement action is for repair, maintenance and certification services in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 and 13, 106-1. The resulting purchase order will not exceed the simplified purchase threshold. The produces set forth in FAR Part 13.5 shall be used. See numbered Note 22.
