- Due to a design defect in the FedBizOps system, this award announcement is made in the section of FedBizOps for special announcements due to the fact that the solicitation BEP-02-02 has been archived and FedBizOps requires that the solicitation number be available electronically in FedBizOps in order to generate an award notice. This announcement is made in order to publicize award of contract TEP-02-0024 for wastewater pre-treatment services in the amount of $864,490.78 for a base period from April 1 - Sept 30, 2003, and the combined base and option amount of $8,336,972.14 for performance from April 1, 2003 - Sept 30, 2007 if all options are exercised. This is a competitive contract award resulting from competitive solicitation BEP-02-02. The successful offeror is C&E Services, Vienna, Virginia. The successful offeror is the incumbent contractor, and no additional subcontracting opportunities are anticipated due to this award because the incumbent contractor is a small business concern under the applicable NAICS of 561210 and already has existing suppliers.
