- NA Notice amended as follows: Contractor to provide on-site welding services to include removal, cutting and welding of plating and structural framing of various thickneses and sizes as well as fabrication and installation of new components. Contract shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract for a period of one (1) base year and four (4) one year options. This Invitation for Bid has an approximate issue date 22 April 2003 and a due date of 22 May 2003, 2:00 pm (Eastern Standard Time).
