- NA This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide appliance maintenance and repair services at Schofield Barracks, Fort Shafter, Tripler Army Medical Center, Wheeler Army Airfield and Helemano Military Reservation, Islan d of Oahu, Hawaii. The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 14 May 2003. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 4 June 2003. Period of performance is 1 Aug 03 through 31 Jul 04 with 2 prepriced 12 month option periods. This procurement is a 100 percent small business set aside. A firm is considered to be a small business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years d o not exceed $6.0 million. NAICS 811412, Appliance Repair and Maintenance. Requests for solicitations may be made in writing to Army Contracting Agency, ATTN: SFCA PRH S ,Judy Stevens, Fort Shafter, HI 96858 50 25, via fax at 808 438 6563, or email to stevenesje@shafter.army.mil. Ensure your request clearly identifies the email address or U.S. postal address to which solicitations should be sent, in addition to a point of contact, phone number, and fax number. Interested contractors are to ensure that their provided email addresses are capable of receiving multiple attachments of maximum file sized content. Solicitations will be issued through electronic email, U.S. postal service of 3? inch disk or compact di sk or CDR. It is the contractor?s responsibility to provide an email address that is capable of receiving large content data on MS Word and Excel or Adobe Acrobat attachments. The Government will not be responsible for altering or breaking down it?s soli citation transmission to accommodate contractor?s limited capability email addresses or to provide timely responses to questions that are submitted just prior to the closing date. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is SWR, Inc., P O Box 1128, Troy, AL 36081 1128. Current contract is a base with one 12 month option year and the estimated contract price is $1,831,558.00.
