- The Government intends to purchase 9 each, NSN 5120-01-303-4185BA, Torque Limiter, Wrench, Part Number 17G233034-501. Item to be new manufacture. In addition to the instant contract for 9 each, Option Quantities of 4 each per year for a period of 3 years will also be solicited. Requested delivery is 31 Jul 03. Acquisition will be Sole Source to McDonnell Douglas. CBD numbered note 22 and 26 applies to this acquisition
