Description

THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CORRECT THE CLASSIFICATION CODE FOR THIS NOTICE. THE CLASSIFICATION CODE IS CHANGED FROM "F" TO "R". THE CORRECT CLASSIFICATION IS "R" FOR CLERICAL SUPPORT.The Natural Resources Conservation Service is planning a Direct Conversion with cost comparison for soil mapping services in Roosevelt and Price, Utah. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. This is a request for proposal. Prospective offerors are advised that contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance of Government personnel.
