- THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO CORRECT THE SOLICITATION NUMBER. IT IS CHANGED FROM: NRCS-UT-6-2003 TO: NRCS-UT-6-03. ALSO, NO EMAILS OR TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE TAKEN.The Natural Resources Conservation Service is planning a Direct Conversion with cost comparison for soil mapping services in Roosevelt and Price, Utah. These services are currently provided by Government personnel. This is not a request for proposal and in no way obligaters the Government to award a contract. Prospective offers are advised that a contract may not be awarded if the cost of contract performance is determined to be greater than the cost of in-house performance of Government personnel.
