Description

AMENDMENT: TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE REMOVED Lower Monte Rico road improvements and decommissioning on the North Umpqua Ranger District approximately 60 miles east of Roseburg, OR; Work includes excavation, embankment, culvert replacement, road realignment, riprap and aggregate placement, drainage improvements, road obliteration and related road reconstruction activities; Work is limited to the period between May 1 and October 31 with additional limitations of July 1 through September 15 for work in or adjacent to streams with flowing water; This is a Request For Proposals; in addition to price proposals Offerors are required to complete a Questionnaire providing information related to past performance history, descriptive site-specific technical approach at a realignment and drainage improvement site and general overall technical capability; Detailed Technical Proposals are not required; Award evaluation criteria include technical capability and past performance history in addition to price; Award may be made without discussions; This project includes option items for additional related work; The project magnitude is in the range between $100,000 and $250,000; NAICS 234110; Hard copies of this solicitation and the associated drawings are not available. Solicitation documents will be posted to the FEDBIZOPS website when available.
