Exceptions to Rev D of 9986M47: Use ANSI Y14.5 ILO P1TF3, Use ANSI B46.1 ILO P1TF9, Use SAE AS78-35D ILO P23TF3. An unrestricted technical data package (TDP) exists for this NSN. Technical Data will only be released to Contractors authorized/certified by Defense Logistics Service Center. Certified requestors should submit TDP requests to DSCR via Internet.
