Approved sources: (1) Accurate Bushing Co. (cage 07484), (2) McGill Mfg. Co. (cage 92563), and (3) Torrington Co./Needle Bearing Div. (cage 60380). Other than full and open competition. Unrestricted. Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and 4 option years. Surge required. Estimated annual quantity 272 EA. Annual guaranteed minimum 68 EA. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP-B02 is applicable. Deliveries split between East and West coasts. AVBS applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is May 1, 2003.
