Other than full and open competition. Unrestricted. Soliciting for an indefinite quantity contract (IQC) with a base year and 4 option years. Estimated annual quantity 1,108 EA with an annual guaranteed minimum of 277 EA. No surge requirement. FOB destination. Inspection/acceptance at origin. QAP-B02 is applicable. Deliveries split between East and West coasts. AVBS applies. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is May 1, 2003.
