- Description: See numbered note 26. NSN: 2930-01-158-3244 -- Radiator, Engine Coolant. Total quantity is for 66 each to be delivered to Albany, GA. This item is being bought in accordance to 56161 PN 10502053 and 67049 PN 312942. Required delivery is 180 days in total. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is an RFP and will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of May 6, 2003. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Specifications, plans and drawings are not available. Proposed procurement contains a 100% option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This procurement is unrestricted.
