- This amendment is being issued to change the issue date for the solicitation and the Classification. Interested parties may access the solicitation via FedBizOpps, www.fedbizopps.gov, on or about March 17, 2003. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation. The North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) is being changed to 238290 with a size standard of $12 million. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically only. It is also the offerors responsibility to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information.
