- The proposed contract is for but not limited to removal of rubber from runways and painting of lines. All work shall be in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. Magnitude of proposed project is under $100,000. Issue date on or about 19 FEB 03, but specific issue and opening dates to be identified on solicitation. To download from EPS choose 1) EPS for Vendors 2)USAF 3)Air Mobility Command 4)Pope. It will be the contractors responsibility to obtain any amendments from the website. NAICS Code is 234930 and $13.750 million size standard. This acquistion is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concerns.
