Description
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has adopted its proposed modification to how average annual receipts are calculated for firms in the Tour Operators industry (North American Industry Classification System 561520). This change excludes funds received in trust for unaffiliated third parties from the calculation of a tour operator's receipts. SBA retained the current size standard of $6 million in average annual receipts, as proposed. The final rule, published in the Federal Register on April 4, 2003, is available for reading and/or downloading from http://www.sba.gov/size/indexwhatsnew.html and from http://www.regulations.gov. It is effective May 5, 2003.
