Description

This is STEP 2 of the process, "Call for Bids" for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, services required are ACCOUNTS PAYABLE support services; technical proposals submitted were determined to be acceptable, please submit a fully priced bids to be considered for award; and each bid in the STEP 2 must be based on the bidder's own technical proposals as originally submitted. ALL STREAMLINED PROCEDURES OF THE OMB A76 CIRCULAR APPLY). A CONTRACT MAY OR MAY NOT RESULT. Proposals MUST be received by the Contracting Officer's Office at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing on MONDAY - 14 April 2003, at 1:00pm EST. A bid opening will be held at 1:15pm EST on 14 April 2003 in the auditorium of the BEP. Due to high security no more than two representatives from each company will be able to attend. You MUST submit the following information before Thursday, April 10, 2003 to ensure access to the facility: Company Name, Address, Name of individual attending, social security number, date of birth (all information will be protected via the privacy act) via email to: jill.kline@bep.treas.gov.
